Dedicated was founded in 2006 to bring some colour in the sustainable fashion landscape. At the time, there were no sustainable fashion brands that worked with cool prints or stood out from the rest. Although there is a lot of focus in the fashion industry on sustainability, this industry is still one with inhuman employment conditions, pollution and toxic chemical waste. The textile industry makes up for 8 to 10 % of the worldwide CO2 emission. Dedicated wishes to make a difference. They want to show us that fashion production can be different. Their clothes are made of organic and recycled fibres and they work with many unique and cool designs. Dedicated works with GOTS and fair trade cotton, GRS recycled polyester and natural fibres like Tencel. That makes the production fair and square!

The founders of Dedicated felt that sustainable fashion had a real tree-hugging image when they founded the company. Dedicated wanted to make clothes with a flavor! The shirts by Dedicated show cool fun prints, sometimes with a message, like ‘Earth’ or ‘Support your local planet’!
