Your Role as Store Manager
As Store Manager, you are the face of Up To Do Good. You lead daily operations, motivate the team with enthusiasm, and actively contribute to promoting and strengthening our mission. You make sure that customers leave not just satisfied, but touched and inspired.

What are you up to?

• Coaching, motivating, and managing the store team in Amsterdam and/or Rotterdam
• Responsible for commercial results such as revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction
• Creating an inviting store presentation and unforgettable customer experience
• Contributing ideas and hands-on help with our marketing and community events
• Recruiting, selecting, and training new team members
• Inventory management and logistical coordination
• Reporting to the management team and contributing to strategy and growth

Who are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, preferably in fashion, design, or sustainable retail
• Entrepreneurial, independent, and proactive
• Sustainability, social engagement, and style come naturally to you
• Clear and enthusiastic communicator — in both Dutch and English
• Flexibly available, including weekends, evenings, and during events
• Living in or near Amsterdam or Rotterdam
