Fair Production Starts on the Work Floor

LangerChen clothing is made in their own small-scale factory just outside Shanghai. Nearly 100 employees work daily on the sustainable collections. What makes this factory stand out? Transparency, safety, and a strong focus on people. All workers receive fair wages, work under good conditions, and enjoy a pleasant work environment. No empty promises, just real impact. The factory now also produces for other leading eco-friendly brands – a sign of their quality and credibility.
