O My Bag
O My Bag was founded in 2010 by Dutch Paulien Wesselink. She wanted to link local Indian entrepreneurs to a worldwide distribution network to allow them to profit as much as possible from the proceeds of their work. In other words, a fair wage. All bags are made from a unique type of eco-leather. The leather is treated much cleaner and safer and is tanned with respect for the environment and with less CO2 emissions.

O My Bag publishes a report every year in which they indicate where they are and where they want to go, including in the field of sustainability. For example, they want to encourage women to work and also hire more women. They will also train their employees even more and better. And they want to become carbon neutral in 2025 and make everything even more transparent. In this way they hope to create more awareness and they are certainly an example for others. Super cool how a Dutch brand takes such steps in a short time!
