Our donation to Studiezalen and Supermarkt FRIS

“Every child needs someone who believes in them and helps them and provides support if needed” states Abdelhamid Idrissi, founder of Studiezalen and Supermarkt FRIS. Many children, in the Netherland too, live in poverty and poverty is not only having no money, but also a lack of network, experiences.

Poverty in experiences

Poverty is made of multiple angles. It's not just lack of money but it's also lack of education, lack of health, lack of information, lack of political inclusion, opportunities and awareness, et cetera...

To be seen

Children that live in a disadvantaged neighborhood develop differenty. To improve these circumstances the children are supported; who are they, what drives them. Inspire the next generation and “hack”generational” poverty is the aim.

Positive change

The ultimate goal of Idrissi is to eliminate poverty and help the children and their parents. This movement is community based so families that received support help others. This way a positive movement is created.

If children are in the programme of Studiezalen, their families are also able to receive the financial support of Supermarkt FRIS.

FRIS supermarket support families in financially vunerable situations and allows them to shop for free the products in the FRIS supermarket and also work with specializes LifeCoaches to make constructive structural changes in their lives. Families built trust and dignity.

We are very proud to make this donation (with some help of our friends: HAAN, Viridian and Nathalie Sebregts) and with that support these families.
